1. Who we are
WeddingHub Philippines ("we", "us") operates this wedding-planning marketplace connecting couples with vendors. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why.
2. Data we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile, role); couple wedding details (date, budget, guest count, location); vendor business details; guest-list entries you add (names, emails, RSVP responses); messages, bookings, favourites, checklist and budget items; and usage/technical data (IP, device, cookies for authentication).
3. How we use it
To provide the service (accounts, marketplace, messaging, bookings, RSVP), tailor AI planning suggestions, send transactional notifications, keep the platform secure, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
Vendors and couples see the information necessary to transact (e.g. a booking request shares your name and wedding date with that vendor). We use processors such as Supabase (database/auth/storage) and Google (AI features) under their terms. RSVP responses are visible only to the couple who invited the guest.
5. Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) you may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights or delete your account.
6. Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Access is restricted by row-level security so users reach only their own records.
