1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using WeddingHub Philippines you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Couples and vendors must be of legal age to contract.
3. The marketplace
WeddingHub connects couples with independent vendors. We are not a party to any agreement between a couple and a vendor. Bookings, quotes, payments, and delivery of services are between those parties. We do not guarantee any vendor's availability, pricing, or quality; verification badges reflect submitted documents only.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing activity; no scraping, spamming, or attempting to bypass security or another user's access controls; no uploading of content you lack the rights to share, including other people's personal data beyond your own guest list.
5. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, photos, messages, guest lists) and grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to run the service. You are responsible for the legality of what you upload.
6. AI features
Planning suggestions and checklists are AI-generated and may be inaccurate. Treat them as guidance, not professional or financial advice, and verify important details independently.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of vendors or couples.
8. Termination & changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and may update the terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
